life's special events
Life’s special events and milestones call for acknowledgement and celebration. Important occasions are an opportunity to use ritual to honor who we are and who we are becoming...and I can think of no more important task than bringing joy to lives during happy times and meaning during difficult times.
Toward that philosophy I created Life Events Ministry. As a non-denominational minister I offer custom-designed ceremonies tailored to the needs, wishes, and desires of the honoree(s) and the participants.

my experience
life events ministry comes from my two loves:
making people feel safe, comfortable, and cared about,
and
creating and organizing meaningful rituals to honor life’s milestones and passages from birth through death—as well as important events like moving into a new home or acquiring an animal companion.
My own life experiences with ritual and ceremony taught me the importance of exploring my own wishes and vision for the ceremony or ritual, listening to the suggestions and questions of others, and finalizing the plans independently. This is the same strategy I use with those I serve.
To my work as a Celebrant, I bring a variety of training and experiences.
